Roni Ajao

Dr Roni Ajao is a long time DEFI supporter, and an associate of Hughes Hall, Cambridge. She is the Executive Director of MRL® Public Sector Consultants Limited (MRL®) and has worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), PA Consulting and EY.
Roni has led a number of high-profile consulting assignments in the public sector for several government departments, e.g. Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs, Department for Education, the National Health Service, the Office for National Statistics, the Identity and Passport Service, the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sports to mention a few.
Internationally, Roni is an adviser to governments and has worked for the United Nations (UN), the World Bank and the UK Department for International Development (DFID).
On the academic side, her research interests are in education, public policy, strategy, and organisational behaviour.
